A subtle lobulated mass is present in the subareolar left breast at 9:00. This was recalled for a diagnostic work-up.

What is your assessment and do you need an ultrasound?

BI-RADS 0 - Incomplete - Recommend ultrasound for further evaluation
BI-RADS 4 - Suspicious - Recommend ultrasound for further evaluation
BI-RADS 4 - Suspicious - Ultrasound could be performed to guide biopsy recommendations
BI-RADS 5 - Highly Suggestive of Malignancy - Recommend ultrasound for further evaluation
