Grouped calcifications are present in the upper outer left breast. There is also the suggestion of a rounded dencity on the MLO view, but this is subtle. There is also a funky pattern to the junction of the glandular tissue and retroglandular fat on the CC view, which could be positional. This patient was recalled for more imaging.
