Application Process
Admission criteria to the University of Washington’s Imaging Physics Residency Program will be determined as per CAMPEP requirements.
Applicants must either 1) have graduated from a CAMPEP-accredited MS or PhD graduate program, or 2) have completed a CAMPEP-accredited certificate program.
Applicants with a Masters or Doctoral degree in Medical Physics from a CAMPEP-accredited program with a graduate GPA of at least 3.0 will be considered for admission. Official graduate transcripts must be provided at the time of application. We will seek candidates with research and/or clinical productivity, demonstrated interest in a clinical career path, and from diverse professional and personal backgrounds. Visa requirements for applicants will be assessed on a case-by-case basis based on University of Washington guidelines.
Our program does not participate in the Medical Physics Match program and the application submission deadline for our 2025 residency has now passed. Applications for 2026 will be accepted in Fall 2025.
