Biography

Dr. Laidlaw serves as an Assistant Professor in Interventional Radiology. She received a B.S. with honors in Biology from Stanford University, a M.Sc. in epidemiology and clinical research from Stanford University School of Medicine, and an M.D. from Stanford University School of Medicine. She completed her general surgery internship and combined diagnostic and interventional radiology residency at the University of Washington, where she served as chief resident. Her clinical interests include compassionate and longitudinal cancer care, ranging from initial biopsies to minimally invasive cancer treatments and palliative interventions, as well as clinical education. She is dual board-certified in diagnostic and interventional radiology, and cares for patients primarily at UWMC-Montlake, Harborview, and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. 

Dr. Laidlaw is fluent in both English and Spanish. Outside of the hospital, she is an avid runner, hiker, and skier.
