Biography

Babatunde Akinpelu, MD, MS is a radiologist at UW Medical Center, currently serving as a clinical assistant professor in Emergency Radiology at Harborview Medical Center and UW Medical Center.

Dr. Akinpelu earned his MD at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee and completed radiology residencies at both Vanderbilt University Medical Center and at the University of Washington. He then completed his fellowship trainings of neuroradiology at the University of Washington.

Dr. Akinpelu also holds a bachelors and master’s degree in electrical engineering, both attained at San José State University in San José, California.
