Dr. Katy Lowry selected for Academy Council of Early Investigators
Congratulations to Dr. Katy Lowry, MD on her sponsorship by The Society of Breast Imaging to be a member of The Academy for Radiology & Biomedical Imaging Research‘s Council for Early Career Investigators in Imaging (CECI2), class of 2020. The Council was created in 2014 to recognize the achievements of researchers who are in the early phase of their careers and engage them in the Academy’s mission.
In May 2020, Dr. Lowry will travel to Washington, DC for the Academy’s Coalition for Imaging and Bioengineering Research Medical Imaging Technology Showcase to visit institutes and centers at NIH and participate in grassroots advocacy for medical imaging research.
