The School of Medicine CV template was recently revised to include the following:

• Removal of the word optional from #9 DEI activities and included examples
• Added Acting, Pending, Past to #15 Research Funding
• Separated International, National, Regional, UW to #13 Special Responsibilities and Service
• Additional instructions to #14 Clinical Activities
