Looking For In Residency: Strong academic program with diverse strengths supported by incredible faculty and residents.
UW Strengths: Having attended medical school at UW, I was hoping to return for residency due to my excellent experiences with UW faculty and residents. The opportunity to rotate between six hospitals among experts in every radiology subspecialty in a beautiful city like Seattle was my idea of a perfect residency. Opportunities are endless and the environment is one I hope to remain in for the foreseeable future.
Advice: Work hard, be kind, and remain humble. If you're interested in radiology - please reach out! Find a mentor that you can lean on to guide you on this journey - I wouldn't be here if it weren't for all of the people that helped me and I think it's important for us to all pay it forward.
Hobbies: Tennis (always looking to play when it's sunny), working out, nature walks, watching just about any sport (Formula 1, soccer, NFL, etc) – also a huge Star Wars and Pokémon fan! And, can't forget about spending time with my friends, family, fiancée, and cat.
Clinical Interests: Neuroradiology.
