Findings:
Multiple enhancing mass lesions with vasogenic edema. Leptomeningeal enhancement.
DDX:
Meningitis/Abscesses, Sarcoid, Lymphoma, Metastases
Diagnosis:
Leptomeningeal metastases (carcinomatosis) in patient with non small cell lung carcinoma
Discussion:
Combination of enhancing nodules and leptomeningeal enhancement is highly suggestive of widely disseminated metastases .
