Biography

Dr. Kogut is an associate professor and the Progam Director of the IR Residency Programs at the Division of Interventional Radiology of the Department of Radiology at the University of Washington. The majority of his clinical work is performed at the VA Puget Sound. However, he teaches and provides emergency coverage at the UW Medical Center’s Montlake campus and at Harborview Medical Center (HMC) in downtown Seattle.

Dr. Kogut earned his BA from the Grand Valley State University in Michigan and his MD from The Ohio State University. He first came to the UW as a radiology resident and subsequently as a interventional radiology fellow. He has been on staff since 2010.

He is board certified in diagnostic radiology with a certificate of added qualification in vascular and interventional radiology.
