UW Residents and Faculty Win First Place Poster Awards at SNMMI

 

 

At the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging Annual Meeting in Denver UW Radiologists were awarded two first place poster awards.  

Drs. Thomas Anderson and Shana Elman, UW Radiology Residents, were awarded First Place Poster – Educational Exhibits for their poster Pictoral Review of NCCN Guidelines for Use of FDG PET in Oncology.

Dr. David Lewis, UW Professor of Radiology, was awarded First Place Poster for his poster Comparing Brain Activation by Immersive Virtual Reality Analgesia Versus Screen-only Distraction Using Brain Perfusion SPECT During Burn Wound Care.
