Residents Michelle Ho, MD, and Adlai Grayson, MD, present at RSNA Annual Meeting

By Michelle Ho, MD, diagnostic radiology resident

Michelle HoI am deeply thankful to the Charles A. Rohrmann, Jr., MD, Endowment for Radiology Resident Educational Excellence for enabling my participation in the RSNA 2024 Annual Meeting. The financial support allowed me to present a quality improvement poster on Lung Cancer Screening (LCS) within the UW health system.

The work for this poster was completed alongside interventional radiology resident Adlai Grayson, MD, as part of our Harborview Competencies rotation. Sharing our findings with radiologists from other institutions and learning about their strategies for ensuring effective management of LCS findings by radiologists and clinicians was an invaluable experience.

Additionally, as a trainee, I appreciated the opportunity to attend sessions covering topics not frequently encountered at UW and to network with colleagues from across the country and around the globe. I am truly grateful to the Rohrmann Endowment for making this enriching experience possible.
