Dr. Janie Lee contributes to new report from President’s Cancer Panel

Dr. Janie Lee was a contributing advisor to the U.S. President’s Cancer Panel, which held a series of meetings in the last year on the uptake of cancer screening, focusing on breast, cervical, colorectal, and lung cancers. The panel created a report, “Closing Gaps in Cancer Screening: Connecting People, Communities, and Systems to Improve Equity and Access,” that identifies four critical goals and related recommendations to ensure the benefits of cancer screening reach all populations.
