Breast Cancer Surveillance Consortium Receives $17M to Study Breast Cancer Screening
Drs. Christoph I. Lee and Janie M. Lee are investigators with the Breast Cancer Surveillance Consortium (BCSC) team. BCSC, a research collaboration between several universities, has recently received a $17M grant from the National Cancer Institute to study breast screening. As part of this grant, Dr. Christoph Lee will co-lead a project titled “Breast Cancer Screening Strategies in the Era of New Technologies” and Dr. Janie Lee will co-lead a project titled “Risk-based Imaging Strategies to Improve Breast Cancer Surveillance Outcomes.”
