How to Apply

Applications
We are now accepting applications for academic year 2025-2026.

The application should include:
-Complete application form
-A personal statement
-A copy of your USMLE scores
-A copy of your curriculum vitae
-Three letters of reference
-Medical school diploma
-A recent passport-sized photograph

For international medical graduates, visa policy is set by the University of Washington School of Medicine Graduate Medical Education office. Details of this policy may be found here. In general, J1 visas are considered appropriate for fellowship training.

ABR Alternate Pathway
An alternate four-year pathway is available for international medical graduates. This pathway provides an opportunity to complete four years of radiology training and then become eligible to sit for the American Board of Radiology (ABR) board certification examinations.
