Jeffrey Forris Beecham Chick, M.D., interviewed by Vascular Disease Management

Jeffrey Forris Beecham Chick, M.D., MPH, Associate Section Chief of Interventional Radiology, was recently interviewed by Vascular Disease Management, a peer-reviewed online journal for vascular disease specialists.

The interview was about his use of the Protrieve sheath from Inari Medical during complex deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and inferior vena cava (IVC) thrombectomy cases.

When asked about patient outcomes using the sheath during complex DVT cases, Dr. Chick said: “Overall, there have been no intraprocedural complications, and all patients have done well within 24 to 48 hours post procedure. We have used the Protrieve sheath in 8 procedures thus far. All patients have had good clinical outcomes at [their] two-week follow-up.”
