Majid Chalian, M.D., featured as Society of Skeletal Radiology Researcher Spotlight
The Society of Skeletal Radiology (SSR) selected Majid Chalian, M.D., as their SSR Researcher Spotlight. Dr. Chalian, assistant professor and Section Chief of Musculoskeletal Radiology, shared his award-winning research, some hobbies and interests, and advice to residents.
The SSR, founded in 1978, was created to address the issues of specialty recognition and representation, resident and fellowship training, research in musculoskeletal imaging and continuing education. Society membership remains limited to Musculoskeletal Radiologists and Fellows in order to insure dedication to these goals. The organization’s continuing mission is to encourage and support the development of expertise in the subspecialty of Musculoskeletal Radiology.
