At this year’s SIR conference in Austin, TX Chris Ingraham and Sharon Kwan were presented with the JVIR Editor’s Award for Distinguished Clinical Studies.
Chris Ingraham won for Value of Antibiotic Prophylaxis for Percutaneous Gastrostomy: A Double-Blind Randomized Trial and Sharon Kwan won for Cost-Effectiveness of Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt versus Large-Volume Paracentesis in Refractory Ascities: Results of a Markov Model Incorporating Individual Patient-Level Meta-Analysis and Nationally Representative Cost Data.
