Michael T. Ricci, MD

Dr. Ricci has recently retired after 35 years of practice as a cardiovascular and interventional radiologist.  He was the founding member and President of  iRad Medical Imaging which provided diagnostic imaging services to the CHI/Franciscan Medical center at Highline.  He received his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago, served as an intern and resident at the University of Washington, and subsequently spent an additional two years at Stanford as a cardiovascular fellow.  His contributions to vascular radiology include his work with Cook, Inc. in the design of a thrombolytic catheter and with American Edwards Laboratories innovative design for a renal angioplasty catheter. Dr. Ricci is also a past president of the Western Angiographic and Interventional Society.
