Biography

Dr. Iyer is a Pediatric Radiologist at Seattle Children’s Hospital and an Associate Professor of Radiology at the University of Washington. He serves as Director of radiology quality improvement at Seattle Children’s. His professional interests include quality improvement and the education of trainees. He has coauthored over 100 peer-reviewed journal publications and the textbook Pediatric Imaging: The Essentials.

Dr. Iyer grew up in Rochester, NY. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Brown University and his M.D. at New York University (NYU). He completed his radiology residency at the University of Washington and his fellowship in pediatric radiology at Seattle Children’s Hospital.
