Dr. Joseph Reis is the Director of Interventional Radiology and an Interventional Radiologist at the University of Washington/Seattle Children’s Hospital with seven years attending experience. He is currently the Division Chief for Interventional Radiology.

He has been an attending Interventional Radiologist since 2015, first as an Assistant Professor of Adult Interventional Radiology (IR) at the University of Rochester Medical Center and Director of Pediatric IR at Golisano Children’s Hospital in Rochester, NY. He is the IR representative for enteric access and have incorporated primary retrograde balloon retention GJ placements into our practice, as well as the primary IR representative for the transplantation service. Academically, Dr. Reis serves as the pediatric IR site director for the residency program allowing him to continue didactics with residents and fellows.
