How Imaging Can Reduce Breast Cancer Overdiagnosis

Overdiagnosis is a major topic in the debate over breast screening. However,  breast imagers can limit overdiagnosis concerns through steps that use the power of advanced imaging to make screening more precise and less invasive.  The article, How Can Advanced Imaging Be Used to Mitigate Potential Breast Cancer Overdiagnosis? outlines current efforts to reduce screening harms and addresses the promise of radiomics.
