Siddharth Padia, M.D.Associate Professor
Dr. Padia is currently a UW associate professor with the Department of Radiology, interventional radiology section. His specific focus is in the field of interventional oncology. Dr. Padia’s clinical focus is in the treatment of liver cancer, including the adaptation of novel technologies for tumor treatment. He is an active member of the UW Liver Tumor Board. He also focuses on transcatheter embolization for trauma.
After graduating summa cum laude with a B.A. in chemistry from Northwestern University, he was the coordinator for clinical trials for the HIV Center of Northwestern University and he subsequently received his medical training from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at Cleveland Clinic and fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at Northwestern University. Dr. Padia has authored multiple peer-reviewed articles in the field of radiology and is the principal investigator for numerous studies for liver neoplasms.
