Origin: Dorsal surface of inferior angle of scapula
Insertion: Medial lip of intertubercular groove of humerus
Action: Adducts and medially rotates arm
Innervation: Lower subscapular nerve (C6 and C7)
Arterial Supply: Subscapular and circumflex scapular arteries
